HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you’ve had a change of heart regarding your order, reach out to us here, including your order identification and the changes you wish to implement. We’ll notify you once the alteration or cancellation has been processed.

Your request for cancellation or adjustment is valid only within 2 hours from when the order is placed. Post that, the order is sealed for processing, and no cancellations are allowed.

Be advised that a handling and processing fee of (20% of your total order value) will be enforced for cancellations.

NOTE: Please remember that buying implies agreement to all of the above conditions.

REFUND & EXCHANGES

Due to sanitary standards and our products being custom-made, we do not accept returns or provide refunds except if the item received has a critical issue. This occurs under the following circumstances:

  1. It deviates significantly from the description or sample presented to you;
  2. Is damaged owing to factory or shipping error;
  3. Differs from what was ordered;

Please note that our items are produced based on demand hence not regularly in stock. Also, the colors shown in advertised images may slightly vary from the actual product due to lighting during photography or screen display variations. Therefore, anticipate minor differences between the advertised images and the final product received.

If the issue is serious, we might opt to replace the item or issue a refund within a sensible timeframe. In such cases, the item may remain at the customer’s disposal.

To commence the complaint process, please contact our Customer Support team with the following information:

  • Order ID
  • Video or photo evidence of the defective item (where applicable)
  • Complete shipping address
  • Contact phone number

Upon receiving and reviewing your returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

If you return an item without consulting our Customer Support and it doesn’t adhere to our criteria, no refund will be granted and you will be informed via email about the next steps available.

  • We do NOT issue refunds or exchanges on any goods bought during sales or promotions.
  • The shipping cost is NON-refundable once the item is shipped.
  • You bear the shipping expenses for returning your product.

Be aware that our policy is valid for 30 days for replacement/refund requests only. If it’s been more than 30 days since purchase, regrettably, we can’t provide a replacement or refund.

If your order hasn’t been delivered within 45 business days from the initial purchase date, please reach out to our support team for a complete refund of your order.
